Ingredients

Turmeric (Curcuma longa), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), Moringa (Moringa oleifera), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum), Cayenne Pepper (Capsicum annuum), Black Pepper (Piper nigrum)

How To Use

Add 1 tsp to 1 cup yoghurt. Optional: 1 tsp honey, fruit or muesli. Or 1 tsp in a smoothie. Stir well. Enjoy daily! (Start with ½ tsp for 2 days if sensitive to heat.)

1 tsp = 2.3g ≈ approx 34 servings per 80g jar.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep lid closed tightly.

Recommended For

Ages 12+ for daily use.

Ages 3-11: Use sparingly (¼ to ½ tsp max) only if child tolerates mild heat. Not for children under 3 years. Contains mild cayenne & black pepper heat.
